Upload a few quick photos. Mirror pics, floor pics, messy piles — all fine.
Old garments, fabrics and sentimental clothes, remade into one-of-one pieces.
Upload a few quick phone photos. No idea, no payment, no shipping yet. I’ll suggest a Swirski remake direction.

Front, back, labels, damage, details — quick photos from your phone are enough to start.
You do not need a finished brief. Send what you have and I’ll suggest what it could become.
This is just the first step. You’ll get a rough direction and quote before deciding anything.
Keep the clothes with you for now. I’ll check the photos first and explain the next steps.

Tell me what they are, why you kept them, and what you like wearing. No clear idea yet is completely okay.

If the material works, I’ll suggest a remake idea, rough price, timeline, and next steps.
Most projects land between €80 and €380. Small repair/detail work can start around €45, and bigger rebuilds only go higher when there is pattern work, lining, fitting, or multiple garments. You always get a quote before shipping or paying.
UK enquiries are welcome. Swirski Studio is based in Germany, so prices are listed in EUR — but I can include an estimated GBP price in your quote before you decide anything. Shipping is confirmed before payment.
One focused job: visible mending, reinforcement, patchwork, pocket swaps, or small custom details.
Smaller one-off pieces from scraps or panels: caps, bags, pouches, and simple fabric builds.
A garment or fabric rebuilt into something wearable: shirts, vests, trousers, or workwear shapes.
Full silhouette changes, lining, fitting, pattern work, or combining several garments.
